"Excellent registration support"

I had a great experience when I called to make reservations for my entire family over the Christmas holiday. Jessica was so helpful and friendly that it made the process a very pleasant experience. Hearing that we have a adult son with mobility issues she worked extra hard to make sure he would have access to an accessible bathroom during our stay. Thank you again Jessica for the excellent customer service!

"Say NO to the tram"

Went to the tram office- the person was rude and not helpful and left after saying she had no list and that I had to call my travel agent back to get my vouchers. The next person was much nicer. After the ride up the mountain, the views were fine but not worth the money or aggravation.

"Great base for exploring the area"

We spent 8 nights at Alyeska, using it as a home base for multiple excursions in Seward, Whittier, Palmer, and Lake Clark. We were also able to enjoy the Alyeska Nordic Spa, the Veilbreaker Sky Bridges, aerial tram, and various restaurants onsite at the resort. It was very convenient and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. While the shower didn’t have great pressure and never got as hot as I would have liked, it was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. The grounds are beautiful as well as the common areas.

Great view and service and even better food! The menu is a tasting menu and each course was delicious! The views were amazing from our window table. Service was very professional. Walk around the lower leval after dinner. Tram ride included with dinner reservation.

"Watch out for your room service bill"

If you order room service, at the time of this review they add 20% to every order. When the food is brought to the room and they ask you to sign, there is a blank tip line on the bill which makes it seem as though a tip is needed. All staff that came to our room also did not say anything about the restaurant already adding the tip, until I asked the last person. When you look at the bill in detail you will see the gratuity was already added. They mention this on the menu, but for some reason the restaurant decided to use a very small font not consistent with the font size for the rest of the menu. This is in poor taste, and takes away the overall resort experience. Do better.
