The worst experience I’ve had, dirty hotel, insects all over the room, bed smelled unwashed, not to mention the services provided were disappointing. I hardly recommend staying in this hotel, it’s very poorly managed. I tried contacting the manager, but no one has responded to talk to me. Disappointing.

Absolutely fantastic beach chair service! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a relaxing day in South Beach. Great service on the beach and at the front desk. The beach is beautiful and so is the pool! Great running path by the beach as well. The rooms are minimalist in good way and clean. They offer bikes although I didn’t get the chance to use one. Highly recommend
