Really great experience on the beach today, me and my bestie had a lovely time. We booked the loungers and then went on to the bed, both very comfy. A lovely part of the beach also, we came a bit later so it was quiet and Pete (who works here) was lovely! Would definitely come back!

We planned to spend 1 night in Miami at the AC hotel after returning from our cruise. I called the hotel around 8:30 a.m. to see if we could possibly check in early in one of our 3 rooms that we reserved. I talked to Alejandro, and he stated he would work on getting one of the rooms ready. We arrived 20 minutes after talking to Alejandro. He allowed us to check in one of the rooms. He was quite nice and very accommodating. He was outstanding and gave excellent service. Within 1 hour, the second room was ready. Within 2 hours, the 3rd room was ready. The rooms were nice and clean. One room had a wrap around patio with a great view, and one had a balcony on the 3rd floor that leads outside to a great game area. We loved it! The only negative is that the shower in room 414 was refinished with a spray paint, and they didn't do a good job. This really didn't affect my thoughts or comments about the hotel. I had shower shoes, so it was all good. When leaving the hotel, there were cookies at the front desk. There were none when I returned. I told Arielle I was looking forward to getting a cookie. She said they now had margaritas out . I told her I didn't drink. She had the kitchen area to bake cookies for me. She gave me 9 cookies for each person in our party. This was outstanding service. Alejandro and Arielle, thanks for making our stay wonderful. When in Miami I will be staying at AC Hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location, across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping

Clean, comfortable, dedicated beach chairs for hotel guests. Starbucks next door. Boardwalk within a block. Walking distance to many restaurants, Walgreens, botanical gardens, soundscape park, Lincoln mall. Great customer service and they’ll hold your bags for you!

Our stay at the hotel was great. The best part was the beach and the service we received from Pete. What an amazing and helpful person. We came the beach several days in a row. He remembered our names, asked how our entire stay was and was more than accommodating Great job Pete! Much appreciated.

The rooms were very small and being a lifetime platinum elite member they definitely did not treat us like a special loyal member. I had to beg for an upgrade despite upgraded rooms being available. Also not offering ANY breakfast options is not the normal Marriott experience. Plus the $25 resort fee was ridiculous because you were given the option of bikes and 2 chairs at the beach were not used because they were charging $32 for an umbrella. If you do not take advantage of the resort fee the $25 SHOULD be waived. Also the pool was very small and there were not enough chairs for the guest. Sitting open were shaded cabanas which were unused and they demanded you pay for them despite not enough seating. The only plus was the hotel staff was very nice but here hands are tied by the AC policies. I would NOT stay there again.
