Description

15x Branson Award Winner and Diamond look and sound alike Keith Allynn returns in 2024 with the Double Diamond Show Ban to tell the story of Neil Diamond’s life through Diamond’s songs while weaving through his own, now comical career change from a top 10 Elvis tribute artist, to Neil Diamond, all for the love of a woman. Branson’s #1 Romantic Comedy! Experience quick change magic, a unique salute to our veterans and Diamond’s top hits.

The Neil Diamond Tribute also starts a Christmas version that starts from November through December that infuses holiday spirit with a festive flair! In this special Christmas edition, Keith Allynn adds a seasonal touch by performing the Christmas Medley, alongside his signature storytelling and quick-change magic. The show also features a heartfelt salute to veterans, all of Diamond’s greatest hits, and a warm, festive atmosphere that’s perfect for audiences of all ages.

The all-star 10-piece band interrupts from time to time with everything from "I Feel Good" (where the local saxophone player accompanied James Brown on the original album), Dueling Banjos, and Rainbow Connection.
Trumpet player, Jay Daversa, plays the theme song from the famous Walton TV show. He played on the actual show and now brings it to life on the stage in Branson!

Allynn began his career at the age of 14 in stand-up comedy opening for such acts as Chris Rock, Tim Allen, and Robin Williams. At 21, he discovered his musical talents performing as "Elvis". Trying to impress a girl who was a huge Neil Diamond fan, Keith called her on the phone and sang Diamond's "Hello Again" in his best Neil voice. Soon, that became "their" song, she became his wife and Keith became, "The Diamond Image.'

Now performing in Branson, MO, a 450-seat venue welcomes Allynn and the Diamond Show Band, as they tell the story of Diamond's life through Diamond's own songs while weaving through Allynn's own comedic journey from a top 10 Elvis in the World to Neil Diamond, all for the love of a woman. Branson's only romantic comedy! Quick-change magic, a unique salute to our veterans, and all of Diamond's top hits make this a must-see for audiences of all ages.

Keith is an amazing artist, he & his band, which includes his wife & son, put on an outstanding show. When visiting Branson you don't want to miss this experience, you will definitely laugh, you may cry as I did during Keith's performance of Neil Diamond's Pretty Amazing Grace, and you will be thoroughly entertained! We're looking forward to seeing his lovely wife again for the Carpenter's tribute show. Bravo! 5 Stars! Double Thumbs Up! But how does he change his vests so quickly?

"A Very Disappointing Show"

We have loved Neil Diamond and his songs for many years, but we were very disappointed with this show. Although the actual songs were good, we did not appreciate all of the meaningless chatter and banter that went on between songs with the band. We wondered at times who was leading the show — Keith or members of the band. Because of that, it was the worst show we saw while in Branson and would NOT recommend it to others.
